The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to yagbeauty. yagbeauty operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). yagbeauty is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Your order is not accepted until yagbeauty confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as yagbeauty may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, amend or cancel an order, we will endeavour to notify you by contacting you via the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.

We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over the products to the carrier, title and the risk of loss pass to you.
